Hailing from New Jersey Ron Upperman or, better known amongst his friends as The Nature Boy, is a long time graffiti writer. Who in recent years began to take a particular liking to canvas.
Having excelled in the last 10 years in commercial design. Ron has developed a style unique to his profession, the fashion world. The everyday woman of our urban streets is his mythological muse. Their mannerism, bodies, and, accessories are predominately the spotlight of Ron’s creations. They borderline fetish obsession but are absolutely enticing these women make you stop dead in your tracks.
In the last 5 years Ron has worked as creative director of his own men’s wear line LeRoy Jenkins Limited, which has changed the perception of conventional men’s contemporary clothing. Pushing through barriers, and breaking down boundaries, Ron’s paintings, fashion, and graphic work play hand in hand in his career.
His work & products have been exhibited in galleries from Los Angeles to Atlanta, New York, and Japan.
